We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager for Celbridge, Co. Kildare to coordinate site activities and special projects and to supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Responsible for site productivity and quality goals. Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet agreed timelines. Evaluate site processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis. Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist staff in resolving complex or out of policy operational problems. Coach and provide career development advice to staff. Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews. Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years + working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a site manager on commercial projects and/or civil engineering infrastructure projects. Excellent communication skills Ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong problem-solving capability. Experience in the management of sub-contractors Highly developed organisational and planning skills including the ability to schedule in an efficient, productive manner Ability to identify and focus on key priorities. Follow through on commitments to any verbal and written agreements. Excellent attention to detail Tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done on time and to a high standard.
