Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Wicklow / Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager within a dynamic organisation. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our client’s operations, driving strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Your Role
1. Lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies, aligning closely with organisational goals and objectives.
2. Spearhead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
3. Develop comprehensive rolling forecasts, identifying key opportunities and risks to financial performance.
4. Craft long-term financial plans to guide the division’s growth trajectory, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
5. Generate regular reports and analyses, including variance assessments and performance metrics.
6. Conduct thorough reviews of business performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and optimisation.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial planning and analysis, streamlining processes and introducing innovative tools.
8. Provide expert financial modelling and analysis support to cross-functional teams.
9. Evaluate capital expenditure opportunities, ensuring robust business cases are in place for optimal resource allocation.
10. Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaborative success.
11. Cultivate a high-performance culture, empowering and mentoring team members to excel.
12. Simplify operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
13. Champion operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Skills
1. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a commercial setting
2. Experience in people management
3. Proficient in financial analysis and modelling
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Excellent organisational and planning abilities
6. Track record of continuous professional development and improvement
