The Total Rewards Coordinator will be a point of contact and collate all benefit program data and analytics including reporting requirements within HR and with other Regeneron departments (e.g. Payroll, Finance etc.). The Total Rewards Coordinator will also be the lead for arranging and coordinating Wellbeing and Benefits activities and events. Note, this is a temporary contract. As a Temp Total Rewards Coordinator, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Working on a variety of projects including Benefit program analysis, Wellbeing\Benefits reports and administration Preparing data analysis and documentation as required Acting as a SME for employees on Benefit queries assigned from Benefit scheme matters, ensuring quick turnaround times and an excellent client experience Leave of Absence Administration PO Responsibilities Assisting with various projects as assigned Acting as documentation coordinator for HR drive Contributing to the development and documentation of procedures to streamline the Benefits processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working with HRBPs as required Assisting with various Total Rewards projects throughout the year Maintaining accurate Total Rewards and organization data in system Leading the Wellbeing and Benefits engagement for Regeneron Ireland To be considered for this opportunity you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and up to 1 years of relevant experience with knowledge of effective organization delivery.
