Job Description:
The role of a Personal Assistant is sought after by my client based in South Dublin.
This experienced PA will partner with the current EA to the CEO and support the day-to-day management of the business, ensuring its smooth operation.
This position is initially office-based Monday – Friday for six months but will then shift to a hybrid model allowing flexibility in work arrangements.}
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be articulate, flexible, and have a down-to-earth nature, presenting themselves corporately and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.}
Key Responsibilities include:
* Diary Management/ travel arrangement
* Ensuring the office is operating effectively and smoothly
* Assist with streamlining business functions
* Attend internal high-level meetings.
* Producing monthly reports
* Liaising with clients
* Preparing presentations
* You will manage your own projects as they arise, as well as supporting the CEO with projects as they arise.
Requirements:
* Experience with travel arrangement essential.
* Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
* Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
* Corporately presented with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
* Ability to learn quickly and prioritise workload is essential for this role.
