We are recruiting an Office Administrator to work on the company's database. You will join an Irish owned Training company based in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The suitable candidate will have previous database experience and be able to work on their own initiative to help grow and categorise the existing database.
This role requires someone detail-oriented with a minimum of 2-3 years previous relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our clients' database records by identifying and correcting errors and maintaining consistent data standards.
* Perform data verification to ensure the integrity of the records through outbound emailing and phone calls.
* Make calls to existing clients on the database to build and grow a solid, accurate database.
* Categorise customers on the database.
Working Hours:
Hours are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-3.30pm Fridays (Fridays are WFH days).
Salary:
Salary is €35k to move to €37.5k after an initial period.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years previous database experience or proven administrative experience demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
* Mathematical mind.
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
