The Role
The Chef de Rang role is an integral part of the delivery of remarkable and memorable service to our guests. We are looking for experienced individuals, with a passion for hospitality, to join our award-winning team.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
1. Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
2. Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
3. Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to upsell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.
4. Be responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
5. Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop their skills.
6. Be a talented individual with proven experience within a comparable environment.
7. Be organized at running a section.
8. Have an understanding of the local area.
