Your Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies to grow our customer base, building long-term relationships with existing clients, and leading exciting wine tastings and education events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Host wine tastings and education events to showcase expertise and range
* Stay ahead of market trends to bring fresh ideas and opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing to craft innovative promotions
* Present and negotiate like a pro to seal new business deals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and trends
* Natural communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
* WSET or similar wine certification an advantage
