Our Client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their team in their Cork Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new sales leads through email outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups to support the field sales team.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information through phone calls and emails.
3. Drive growth in specific product or service areas by reaching out to potential clients and boosting sales.
4. Maintain and update the database of prospects and clients.
5. Manage paperwork, including invoicing and other administrative tasks.
6. Contribute to company-wide lead-generation initiatives.
7. Assist with general sales office administrative duties.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Telesales.
2. Comfortable in a sales-focused role, skilled in lead development and customer communication.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems being a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and success.
7. Ability to consistently meet individual sales goals.
