Human Resources Business Partner
Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's fastest growing and market leading manufacturing organisations based in County Cavan. Due to a recent promotion and continual business growth, this organisation is now seeking a talented HR professional to join their highly-experienced HR team consisting of 7 HR professionals to provide HR support to over 1000 employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking for the next step up to HR Business Partner whilst gaining exposure across all elements of HR and being provided with direct support from the HR Manager/wider HR team.
What will you do as HR Business Partner?
As the HR Business Partner, you will have the responsibility of providing support to the departmental managers and the wider business to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. Duties will include:
* Leading employee relations cases (e.g., bullying, harassment, absence, or underperformance investigations)
* Assisting in developing, implementing, and informing all employees about HR policy implementation
* Training management on HR procedures (e.g., participating in investigations or performance reviews)
* Participating in conducting interviews and assisting in the hiring process
* Providing the HR Director and Head of HR with informed data to utilize in measuring staff performance, levels of absence, and succession planning
* Managing and conducting leadership coaching of managers and departmental team-building activities to assist in organisational change
What will you receive as HR Business Partner?
You will receive a highly competitive pay and benefits package, which includes:
* €50,000 base salary
* Annual bonus of up to 10%
* 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays off

* One day a week working from home (after probation period)

What will you require as HR Business Partner?
* Previous experience of leading complex employee relations cases (e.g., bullying, harassment, dismissal, and gross misconduct)
* Skilled in mentoring managers on HR policies and procedures
* Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or acting as a Stand-Alone HR Manager
* Ability to work (11-7pm)
* Beneficial to have experience of liaising with trade unions
* Advantageous to have previous experience working within a fast-paced production organisation
