About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, driven Research & Strategy Consultant to deliver research, pitches, and comprehensive plans, contributing to the success of large-scale projects. You will work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and assist clients in achieving their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Strategy Development: Deliver full research projects, pitches, and plans that align with overarching business strategies.
2. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions in sales, marketing, and product development.
3. Work closely with sales teams to accelerate growth by helping clients meet their business objectives.
4. Consulting & Client Support: Provide consultative support to clients on strategies related to sales, marketing, and product development.
5. Industry & Consumer Insights: Conduct consumer research for industry verticals, leveraging vendors and third-party tools as needed.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop scalable narratives and elevate client conversations.
Skills & Experience:
1. Customer Conversations: Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
2. Research & Data Analysis: Strong background in analyzing customer, industry, and market data.
3. Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in one or more industry verticals.
5. Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership skills to manage complex projects.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 3+ years in a research, strategy, or sales consulting role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
3. Skills: Proficient in data analysis, research tools, and sales strategy.
