Castleacre Insurance is a specialist Heritage Insurance Broker offering tailored risk management advice and arranging insurance for Private Clients, Families and Estates across the United Kingdom and Europe.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy broker team in Wexford, Ireland as a Broker Assistant.
This is a full-time onsite role (up to 40 hours per week) with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting Castleacre's Private Client Team with daily duties including renewals, quotes, re-broking, mid-term adjustments and claims administration.
2. Liaising directly with clients to look after their insurance questions and coordinating and communicating responses efficiently to brokers and insurers.
3. Accurate record keeping, file preparation and management.
4. Preparation of detailed quote submissions to insurers.
5. Liaising with our Marketing Manager to develop HNW business through a variety of channels.
6. Maintaining CPD requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Certificate in Insurance Product Advice (APA) or working towards an APA.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Qualifications in English Language and Mathematics.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including WORD, Excel and Outlook and Customer Relation Management systems.
