Achieve Excellence in Customer Service and Store Operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive customer-centric initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
* Monitor costs, profitability, and sales performance through management reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Develop and implement efficient operating procedures to meet customer needs while ensuring patient safety.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to analyze and improve loss performance metrics.
* Conduct regular reviews and audits to guarantee customer and patient safety standards are met.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a retail environment with expertise in team coaching and development.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working within a pharmacy environment.
