Job Title: HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Carrick-On-Shannon. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee/Manager Liaison: Resolve all employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
* TMS/Time and Attendance System Administrator:
* Enroll, train, and facilitate employees, team leaders, and managers to ensure payroll integration.
* Troubleshoot system errors with the TMS provider and resolve them efficiently.
* Maintain accurate leave records and generate reports for internal and external purposes.
* Reports and Compliance:
* Complete reports to support financial and KPI reporting.
* Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
* Source and recruit all staff through various channels.
* Coordinate the internal recruitment process, including attending career fairs and college events.
* Career Development:
* Maintain the company website's career page and engage with candidates on LinkedIn.
* HR Policies and Procedures:
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
* Performance Reviews:
* Coordinate the performance review program, ensuring timely completion of reviews.
* Training and Development:
* Develop and maintain training matrices, plans, and records.
* Schedule and deliver internal training programs.
* Sources and schedules external training aligned with the company's organisational development program.
* Audit and Continuous Improvement:
* Participate in internal and external audits and the corrective action program.
* Collaborate with departments on continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean activities.
* Administrative Support:
1. Coordinate company events, service awards, and other administrative tasks as required.
