Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a 2 year FTC Learning and Development Specialist for a busy area of their business.
Role and responsibilities: Collaborate and Partner with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning interventions Support the Learning & Development (L&D) by planning, execution, and successful rollout of all learning initiatives.
Ensure that project milestones are met, and deliverables are aligned with the broader project goals.
Support, create and implement strategies to maintain ongoing learning around new processes and procedures Collaborate with project leads, SMEs, and experts to deliver a variety of L&D interventions that ensure continuous upskilling and knowledge retention.
Assess the effectiveness of the learning programs, utilising feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements and ensure that learning objectives are achieved.
