Job Description:
We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join a team for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager Dublin West. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with the people supported daily.

Role:
You will lead and manage while mentoring and supervising frontline care support teams. You will oversee and ensure the provision of the highest quality clinical care to individuals within the services you support. It is critical that when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with Cheshire Ireland’s values, operating ethos, and standards.
Required:
1. In possession of a nursing qualification and registered in the RNID, RGN or RPN with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
2. A minimum of 3 years post registration experience and currently operating at CNM1 level.
3. Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field.
4. Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
5. Can demonstrate evidence-based decision-making skills.
6. Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
7. Desire for personal and professional development.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
10. Good Standard of verbal and written English.
11. Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
12. Positive attitude.
13. Willing to embrace change and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
