Our client, the Design and Craft Council Ireland, has exclusively retained us to find a CRM End User Administrator. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operation of the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the CRM system for efficient use across the organisation.
* Support the self-service portal to help clients manage services, cases, and program participation effectively.
* Ensure CRM activities run smoothly and address user queries in a timely manner.
* Oversight of data accuracy and organisation within the CRM.
* Implement best practices for data input, maintenance, and reporting processes.
* Deliver training to internal users to maximise system adoption and understanding.
* Collaborate with teams to streamline processes for client and event registration.
* Manage targeted email campaigns as required, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years in a CRM administration role.
* Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for actionable insights.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
* Flexibility and organised work style, thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
About the Role
This position is a 2-year contract and requires working onsite in Kilkenny four days a week.
