Butcher with Experience
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 12 months experience in butcher skills at retail level
* Customer service: 2 years (required)
* Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and HACCP compliance
* English (required)
* Ability to commute/relocate: Ballybofey, CO. Donegal: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
* Work authorisation: Ireland (required)

* Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Preparing and assisting with fresh meat preparation, cutting, displaying and merchandising for counter and prepacking
* Following freshness and rotation principles
