About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Social Care Manager to oversee two residential services supporting young people based in Greystones, Wicklow. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of residential services ensuring adherence to best practices and legislative requirements.
* Maintain a strong working relationship with service users, families, and staff members.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive positive change within the services.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and standards, as well as relevant legislation.
Requirements
* QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
* Management qualification in Health/Social Care or currently pursuing this qualification.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory/management capacity.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
* Hold a full clean driving license and have access to a car.
