Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team and work with employees, management, and key stakeholders to implement business strategies from a people perspective.
Business Partnering
1. Champion an environment of trust, dignity, and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the company values.
2. Develop strong and supportive working relationships with key stakeholders across the business units.
3. Provide solid HR support and sound guidance to employees and management on all people topics.
4. Partner with people leaders to champion a high-performance culture, promoting effective performance management and assisting managers in identifying and developing key talent.
5. Support management on all people topics, such as recruitment, employee relations, absence management, etc.
6. Using data and evidence, identify people-related business priorities and actively seek solutions, then bring these solutions to the wider HR team to ensure consistent best practice application.
7. Proactively participate in the implementation of HR strategic programmes and contribute to HR projects as required.
Requirements
1. Experience in a HR BP role.
2. CIPD qualified with a strong business acumen.
Person Specification
1. Wide knowledge of Irish employment law and experience in its application.
2. Highly organised and proactive with an ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Be results-focused, determined, and self-motivated.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions.
