Job Title: Front Office Manager
The Clayton Hotel Leopardstown in Dublin 18 has a fantastic new opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead the guest experience at check-in, check-out, and during their stay. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional people skills, organisational abilities, and a warm and friendly personality.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure that guests experience the highest quality service.
* Lead a team to achieve excellence in mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Develop and lead a high-performing Front Office team, preparing them for career advancement.
* Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in a Front Office leadership role.
* Exceptional people leadership and development skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to oversee and delegate work.
* A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with colleagues and guests.
