We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to support our operations in Cork.
This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of recruitment experience or those looking to start their career in recruitment, particularly in the Life Science market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and utilize candidate databases to match job seekers with client vacancies.
* Advertise vacancies and manage responses, maintaining a pool of qualified applicants within specialized fields.
* Manage client and candidate relationships, ensuring open communication and up-to-date availability information.
* Deliver timely and professional services to clients, meeting their recruitment needs.
* Pursue new leads and develop business through social media and networking efforts.
* Gain detailed insights into client recruitment requirements and oversee the entire hiring process, from vacancy intake to placement and post-placement care.
* Brief candidates on job details, manage interviews, and provide after-care services.
* Negotiate rates with clients as needed and document all communications on our database.
* Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, referencing, and other essential aspects.
* Effectively manage rate changes, contract amendments, and related administrative tasks.
* Attend industry events, such as recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and seminars, to promote our company and enhance personal knowledge.
