Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.
The Role
You will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
A high level of attention to detail is essential as administration tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is a key responsibility, but this role does not involve working with a ticketing system. You will assist through calls and emails while processing orders and other daily tasks.
The Candidate
We are seeking French speakers who genuinely care about people and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but not mandatory. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key qualities.
The Process
I can arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and expectations. If successful, I will submit an application on your behalf. This will be followed by an interview, which should take no more than a week.
Additional Information
You will work Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm). A hybrid model is in place, with three days per week spent in the office in Dublin 22 and two days worked from home. It is likely that you will be full-time in the office for the training period.
After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to six weeks or 30 working days from abroad (terms and conditions apply).
