Your New Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our modern office in Limerick city.
Hybrid working arrangements are available for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
* Deliver detailed design of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant Statutory and Building Regulations using technical and building construction expertise.
* Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of assigned projects and report directly to the Project Architect.
* Prepare and submit statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction documentation.
* Attend meetings with clients, design teams, contractors, and other specialists.
* Ensure compliance with clients' brief, current Irish Planning, Building, and Health & Safety Regulations, as well as other relevant legislation.
* Visit sites and carry out site inspections.

Requirements
* Hold a degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
* Have more than 8 years' experience working in an architectural firm.
* Be proactive with strong initiative and motivation.
* Possess excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation.
* Have Auto CAD and Revit experience (desirable).
* Hold a full driver's license and have access to your own car for frequent travel to sites.
