About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at ZeroMission, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Qualification:
o Meet targets set
o Use HubSpot to manage, track, and qualify inbound leads.
o Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, to generate new leads.
o Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
* Sales Process Management:
o Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate.
o Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
o Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
* Reporting & Analysis:
o Use HubSpot's reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance.
o Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
o Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes.
o Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
About You
Qualifications:
* Proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B environment.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
* Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
* Competitive salary between €60,000 and €75,000 OTE, depending on experience
* Preferably working from our office in Clonmel with flexibility to work from home
