Leading Financial Services Company based in Dublin 4
An exciting opportunity to join a well-known and successful professional services company on a part-time basis.
This role comes with real responsibility, you will be supporting the Senior Management team with:
* Coordinating diary and calendar management,
* Scheduling meetings as requested,
* HR support, including updating files and keeping records,
* Supporting the team with Board meeting prep, including preparing packs and Co-Sec duties,
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained,
* Managing and tracking all courier deliveries / document management.
As the main office support within the office, it will also be your responsibility to look after internal communications with staff, assist with IT queries, prepare expense reports and update same as needed. You will ensure that calls are answered and visitors into the office are welcomed.
Working hours will be 10.30am-2.30pm Monday-Friday in the office.
It is essential that you have previous working experience as an Office Administrator, ideally in a Financial Company.
