HR Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified HR professional to join the HR team of a major engineering and technical services provider in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager, and will cover a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site. These will include employee engagement and query resolution, time and attendance reporting, compensation and benefits administration, running recruitment campaigns, onboarding new hires, overseeing training and development programs, HR metrics and data reporting, and supporting the HR Manager and wider leadership teams with their HR needs and projects.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* a 3rd level degree qualification in a human resources or related discipline;
* a minimum of 3 years' relevant HR experience;
* excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels;
* strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills; and
* your own transport, as the company is located in a rural area near the Limerick/Cork border.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of €45,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on the candidate's skills and experience. The role will be based in an office environment, with the potential for remote work after initial onboarding.
