Our client, an exciting scale-up organisation, is seeking an experienced individual with operations, engineering and lean manufacturing experience for a senior management role.
The Operations & Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be a key member of the management team, responsible for growing their medical device manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Strategy: Develop and implement the operations strategy in line with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or production management within a team-based manufacturing environment, preferably with a medical device background.
* Minimum 3 years engineering management experience, or equivalent combination of operations management and senior engineer experience.
* Extensive experience in leading and applying Lean manufacturing methodologies.
* Proven ability to develop and mentor a team.
* Experience in preparing business strategies and implementing action plans.
