As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing planned and unplanned tool repairs, diagnosing faults, and supporting ongoing equipment development.
You will work closely with experienced mentors and technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in both planned and unplanned tool repair and maintenance.Troubleshoot and diagnose faults down to component level using root cause analysis techniques.Support tool development and enhancement projects.Work with experienced mentors to gain hands-on experience in hardware investigation and resolution.Conduct presentations on completed work, findings, and recommendations.Follow technical manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.Communicate effectively with team members, presenting solutions and technical insights.Work independently or within a team, adapting to changing priorities.Technical Exposure:This role will provide hands-on experience with a variety of high-tech equipment, including:

Skills & Experience Required:Level 6 technical qualification with relevant experience, or currently pursuing a Level 7 or 8 degree in a technical discipline.Understanding of regulated environments or experience in an equipment maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, including Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving techniques.Ability to follow preventative maintenance and standard work procedures.Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work on a 5-cycle shift pattern, with a competitive shift premium.
