* Day Hospital: Onsite therapeutic and medical interventions.
* Home-Based Treatment Service: Acute care delivered in the comfort of a person's home.
* Outpatient Services: Flexible access to ongoing mental health support.
This service is underpinned by mental health recovery principles and offers direct access to inpatient care when clinically required, ensuring comprehensive support for our service users.
About the Practice Manager Role:
To lead this innovative service, we are recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic Practice Manager. The postholder will work closely with the consultant lead and the onsite senior nurse manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years' experience managing in a healthcare, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work as part of a team with other people.
* Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and EHR platforms.
* Solution-focused, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
