The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raising Purchase Orders (PO numbers) and processing creditor invoices
">
2. Reconciling statements and paying suppliers in a timely manner
">
3. Preparing stock payments and operating RCT on supplier payments
">
4. Inputting bank payments and performing bank reconciliations
">
5. Completing customs declarations and other related duties
">
6. General administration tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
">
7. Providing excellent customer service by dealing with visitors in a polite and friendly manner
">
Requirements:
">
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
">
* Proficiency in IT applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
">
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
">
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
">
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum
