We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Executive Manager – Residential Hospitality & Guest Experience for a residential accommodation centre based in Dublin 4.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior hospitality professional to bring hotel-level service, leadership, and guest care to a purpose-driven environment. The Executive Manager will take full responsibility for the operations of a residential centre, ensuring a welcoming, dignified, and community-driven experience for residents. The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader with a passion for people and purpose.
Our client operates a high-profile residential accommodation centre dedicated to supporting individuals and families seeking international protection. The environment is rooted in hospitality, care, and cultural sensitivity, offering a unique space for hospitality professionals to lead with heart and excellence.
The Duties:
* Lead and manage all operational areas, including accommodation, facilities, guest services, and compliance.
* Inspire and direct a multidisciplinary team to maintain high hospitality standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning to ensure efficiency.
* Ensure all services meet contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
* Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
* Act as the central point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organisations.
* Monitor service delivery standards and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and training.
* Uphold a culture of empathy, dignity, and cultural awareness in all aspects of centre management.
The Requirements:
* Senior leadership experience in the hospitality, hotel, or residential accommodation sectors.
* Strong people management, budgeting, and operational planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an empathetic leadership style.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted, and purpose-led environment.
* Passion for social impact and delivering high standards of care and comfort.
* Experience working with vulnerable populations is advantageous but not essential – full training and support provided.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
