Role Overview
Assess travel insurance claims and provide fair outcomes, communicating claim decisions clearly to customers.
Investigate potential fraud and recovery avenues while providing exceptional customer service and policy advice.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess travel insurance claims in accordance with established guidelines
* Making informed decisions regarding claim outcomes and communicating these effectively to customers
* Investigating instances of potential fraud and identifying recovery avenues
* Providing expert guidance and support to customers on their policies and benefits
* Collaborating with colleagues across different functions to achieve shared objectives
Requirements
* Awarded Professional Association (APA) qualification
* At least 1 year of experience in claims management, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations is advantageous
