This is a full-time, permanent position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with an early finish on Fridays.

The salary for this role is up to £30,000.

Responsibilities:

1. Matching, checking, and coding invoices
">
2. Matching invoices with purchase orders using the company's App
">
3. Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones
">
4. Entering and filing invoices
">
5. Dealing with suppliers as required
">
6. Performing any other duties deemed necessary by management to facilitate office operations

Requirements for Success:

7. Working experience of Sage 50 Accounts Professional
">
8. Previous experience of working within an accounts office
">
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
">
10. Ability to meet deadlines

11. Self-discipline

12. Pleasant telephone manner
