Clerical Officer (Grade IIII)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to support a vital service in Cork on an initial 3-month basis.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key part in the smooth running of a busy service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking approvals, and performing ad hoc clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a log of all HR forms received within the HR Function
* Track the approval process and update trackers accordingly
* Review HR forms for accuracy and completeness
* Perform ad hoc clerical duties as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative function
* Flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of confidentiality
* Excellent Excel and Word skills
* Good interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication)
