Your Mission
The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project. This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes related to quality control and departmental efficiency.
Your Day-to-Day
You'll manage a team of successful sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of sales professionals
* Performance management, setting clear expectations
* Providing forecasts and reviews
* Reporting and presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher)
* Minimum 1 year experience successfully leading a team
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role
* Solution-driven mentality and effective time management skills
* Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching, and leadership
