We’re working with a Tier 1 Contractor in their search for a skilled Finishing Foreman to join an Education project in Kilkenny .
Key Duties & Responsibilities
6. Assist others when required, as directed by managementLooking after the snag list and finishes on Schools projectsMaintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activitiesImplement all Health and Safety policies on site to ensure highest standards are maintained.Manage and guide the use of any machinery and equipmentResolve any emerging issuesPrepare and present progress
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience managing all finishing works on the construction of high spec projectsHave previous experience with a Tier 1 main contractor, in the Irish / UK construction industryGood longevity in your positions / companiesExcellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work to strict schedules
