Overview of the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients within the Institutional Client Services Team. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Institutional Sales Team covering institutional clients based in Ireland, UK, The Netherlands and the Nordics and will support this client base throughout the client’s full life cycle. The candidate will be the contact point between Sales, clients and the internal support areas including, legal, compliance, risk operations and the reporting teams.
What you will be responsible for
* Lead the co-ordination of the Institutional Client Take and manage the take on to a successful completion while ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the new business opportunity. Ensuring that the global onboarding process will be adhered to and keep onboarding plans fully up to date.
* Receive and service client requests. Record client requests, track and monitor these through to resolution, including dealing with Claims.
* Liaise with the client/sales to obtain relevant client KYC documents at the start of the business relationship and throughout the business relationship, process the documentation in the KYC system.
* Ensure client reports are produced on time and send client reports at agreed intervals and deadlines to the client.
* Ensure the notification of any large inflow/outflows are communicated to relevant areas of the business.
* Liaise with the relevant department to ensure that the invoicing fee process is working correctly (fee rebates/management fee calculations) and submit invoices/fee statements to the client.
* Conduct and contribute to weekly institutional update meetings to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of the progress of a new business opportunity or changes to an existing client.
* Record constraints listed in investment management agreements in the appropriate system/tool.
* Proactively identify, assess and implement improvements or efficiencies in the tasks and processes of the Client Services team, or in our interactions with other teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree level or equivalent professional qualification or equivalent work experience.
