We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Game Designer to create high-quality and memorable core gameplay for our hit games and new projects in development.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .

Tasks
1. Designing the match-3 aspect of the project
2. Participating in the formation of a unified vision and generating ideas for new mechanics
3. Supporting feature implementation all the way from the creation of game design documentation to quality control in the game
Requirements
4. Experience working on match-3 projects as a game designer or lead game designer
5. Extensive gaming experience, interest in casual games
6. Experience analyzing and updating the difficulty curve
7. Working knowledge of A/B tests
8. Fluency in Russian
