We are looking for an HR Manager to join our thriving manufacturing business, where you will have the autonomy to shape HR strategy and grow into a Head of HR position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
* Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
* Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
* Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
* Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
* Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to lead value-added initiatives.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
