About the Role:
* Provide exceptional support services via phone, chat, and email, exceeding client expectations.
* Respond efficiently and professionally to customer inquiries, liaising with other departments for support as needed.
* Liaise with internal teams to meet key metrics.
* Maintain faultless service standards for all clients.
* Ensure accuracy in correspondence and update systems accordingly.
* Assist internally with administration tasks as delegated by the team leader.
* Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely and accurate information to clients.
* Follow guidelines and policies, remaining up-to-date with ongoing training.
About You:
* Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
* Proficiency in English (C1) is required for communication purposes.
* Prior experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills are required.
* Ability to work towards targets and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and ability to work well within a team are essential.
* Able to work independently, solve problems, and deal patiently with customers.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in both languages are required.
* Ability to commute to Dublin-based offices on a hybrid model.
