We are seeking an instructional designer to join our Learning and Development team. Our clients require top-tier quality to ensure their services to consumers are relevant and precise. Delivering clear and informative educational content to the AI community is essential for providing the high-quality data our customers demand.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning and development needs, and to secure agreement on program outlines and success metrics.
2. Under the supervision of the Content Manager, develop and maintain effective learning solutions aimed at improving homeworker performance.
3. Utilize modern instructional design principles and methodologies to develop curriculum and content that enhance learning and retention.
4. Design and create engaging, intuitive, and impactful online training materials to be deployed across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online platforms.
5. Work with the Content Manager to establish best practices, implement branding standards, and ensure compliance by business users.
6. Collaborate with a team of passionate individuals, offering and accepting constructive feedback to enhance eLearning content.
7. Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
8. Audit and validate content created by business users to ensure adherence to style and branding guidelines.
9. Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as required to meet urgent business needs with quick turnaround times.
10. Regularly update and maintain content assets to ensure they remain current and relevant.
Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in a creative or design-related field.
2. Experience in adult learning principles, technology, e-learning, and working with Learning Management Systems.
3. Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and LMS platforms.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess learning needs and create targeted solutions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. High degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
