The Role
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis. They will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.
Key Responsibilities
* Support people with their daily plan
* Support people whilst in the community
* Support people with their education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes
* Support people with their living skills such as Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry, attending appointments, family visits etc.
* Be familiar with and adhere to all Company policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice in so far as is reasonable and practicable.
Requirements
* Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required (All necessary training provided)
* Social Care Workers: Level 7/ 8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
* Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
* Good attitude to work and passionate about supporting people.
* Full Drivers Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Drivers Licence.
