Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Administrator to join our team in Ballyclare.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, greeting customers with courtesy and interpreting their requirements.
* Manage and maintain accurate service schedules, generate reminders, and update schedules as necessary.
* Effectively manage vehicle and customer databases, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
* Coordinate PSV appointments, issue workshop job cards, and monitor progress of vehicles in the workshop.
* Process and close out workshop job cards, assist with invoicing, and make outbound sales and customer care calls.
* Create maintenance contract quotes and sell maintenance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Liaise with the Workshop Foreman to plan jobs efficiently and maximize profitability.
* Contact customers regarding additional work required, provide accurate quotations, and arrange collection/delivery upon job completion.
* Perform general administrative duties, including running reports, scanning/filing paperwork, record archiving, and word processing tasks.
Criteria
* Educated to GCSE Level (English and Maths).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Working Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, plus one late night per week until 21:00 and Saturdays on a rota basis until lunchtime. Salary details will be confirmed upon application.
