Project Manager - Security (Physical Security) Facilities
The Facilities Area is responsible for obtaining and maintaining business headquarters and regional offices, including activities such as security, property management, capital projects, building management, and fleet management.
As a key member of the Security Team, you will oversee the delivery of security upgrade programs, including fencing, security doors, and security systems. Your primary objective will be to provide an efficient project management service from conception through to completion.
You will work closely with programme teams to deliver security elements of strategically important projects, such as Transformation projects, Laboratories, Offices, Stores, and Depots.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver multiple projects from conception through to completion
* Provide an efficient project management service
* Ensure key relationships are maximised internally and externally
* Work closely with programme teams to deliver security elements of strategically important projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience delivering multiple projects
* Relevant third-level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
* Desirable: certified practitioner in one of the recognised PM methodologies (Prince2 or PMP)
* Experience delivering civil works/security system installations desirable
* Proven experience in delivering projects and system upgrades across multiple sites
* Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems
* Flexible with regards working in a changing environment
* Full clean Irish Driver's License
