Accounts Payable Executive - Temporary Role
This 11-month temporary position is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at {company} as an Accounts Payable Executive, working from our Limerick office with flexible hybrid arrangements.
About the Role
As a key member of our finance team, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing various aspects of accounts payable.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain effective vendor workflows, including requesting verification and setting up vendors on payment platforms.
* Resolve queries and issues with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
* Investigate and resolve any payment-related discrepancies or concerns.
* Perform thorough vendor validations through call backs.
* Verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval processes.
* Conduct daily payment reconciliations and oversee related processes.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in SAP or other ERP systems.
* Possession of an Accounting Technician qualification.
* Availability to start immediately.
