HR Manager - 12 Month contract
Exciting new opportunity for a HR Manager to join a leading organization in Cork as they embark on their growth journey. This is a 12-month contract role with hybrid working benefits.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role on the senior management team and will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization, in line with business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering the HR strategy across the assigned business unit.
2. Playing a pivotal role on the senior management team, supporting senior managers on all people related matters.
3. Leading and developing a high performing HR team.
4. Lead the Talent Management agenda, with a key focus on succession planning and pipelining talent across the assigned business unit.
5. Responsible for the ER/IR agenda, ensuring timely resolution to employee relation issues and supporting the change management agenda as required.
6. HR Projects - lead the relevant HR projects as required, ensuring cross functional engagement in line with business goals.
Experience required:
1. Third level degree qualified (HR), with a proven track record working in a similar role.
2. Excellent key stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
3. Proven track record delivering strategic HR projects including change management required.
4. Experience working in a Unionized environment is mandatory.
