Outsourcing Manager, Prudential International Assurance This role is based in Dublin - you must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to apply and have the right to work in ROI already in place.

This is a specialist role supporting the Head of Operational Resilience in managing outsourcing and material supplier arrangements for PIA and to embed and mature PIA's approach to managing and measuring Outsourcing and Third Party Risk adapting to rising Irish and global regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Support the management of Material Outsourcing arrangements owned by PIA Operations, including annual contract, due diligence, risk assessment and exit plan review.Support contract and exit plan reviews for contracts managed by the Head of PIA Investments.Support any activity relating to changing of outsourcer or material supplier.Support maintenance and oversight of the Outsourcing and Third Party Supplier Risk strategy, policy, standards, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
These collectively form the Outsourcing and Third Party Supplier Risk framework.Support the maturing of the governance framework to enable data-driven insights and oversight of Outsourcing and Third Party Supplier Risk framework to the PIA Board of Directors, senior management and other key stakeholders.Support the construction of key governance forum materials, take minutes and ensure the adequate tracking of outcomes and actions arising from relevant governance meetings. Key Skills and Requirements: Essential Confident and effective at advising and briefing at all levels, including senior stakeholders.Ability to work independently within a defined remit, managing schedule and objectives with minimal oversight.Strong communication skills displayed through confident interpersonal and presentation abilities.Ability to work within a wider team and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.Strong written and oral communication skills.Interest in developing new or innovative solutions to supplier and operational resilience management, monitoring and governance challenges. Desirable Experience in supplier management and/or third party risk management.Experience of global regulatory horizon scanning, interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements.Experience of developing new or innovative solutions to resilience and third party risk management challenges.Experience of working in the Financial Sector (preferably in a CBI/FCA/PRA regulated firm).Experience in working with large and/or unstructured data sets on non-financial risk topics such as resilience or third party risk management / outsourcing.
