The Access to Care Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of UPMC Aut Even Hospital.
This position involves providing end-to-end administration support to various hospital functions, including Front of House, Admissions, Outpatient clinics & Medical Records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all queries, telephone calls and correspondence (paper and electronic) for designated areas.
* Process admissions efficiently, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Cooperate with Clinical teams, Consultants, and senior management to ensure seamless operations.
* Liaise with Theatre scheduling and medical records team on patient bookings.
* Conduct daily cash reporting and manage revenue collections.
* Actively participate in quality programs, safety initiatives, and health and safety protocols.
