Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead or Specialist with a proven track record in delivering programme and project management expertise.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, supporting PMO / Programme & Project managers to apply best practice processes and implement practical management controls.
This role includes:
* Development and maintenance of a Project Management toolkit
* Quality Assurance
* Stage Gate support and sign off
* FSOC (Forward schedule of Change)
* Capability and Capacity management (flex up,down)
* Learning and Development programmes
* Communities of Practise
* Induction support
* Integrated Planning
* Support adoption and delivery of corporate governance expectations
* Share information, good practice and expertise with others
Requirements:
* Degree level in relevant subject (IT, Business Studies etc)
* Prince2/PMI/ and Project management diploma
* Minimum of 5 years experience in an equivalent role
* Excellent understanding of the application of the project lifecycle
* Outstanding written and verbal skills
* Proven success in a similar role
* Good knowledge and experience of industry standard best practice Portfolio and Programme Management
* Proficient user of the MS Office suite, MS Visio and MS Project
* Good exposure in the application and support of PPM tool
