Content Reviewer
We are seeking native Spanish speakers to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and abusive content reports.
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Develop knowledge about client products and community standards.
* Utilize market insights to improve user support and community engagement.
* Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
* Evaluate trends and patterns, escalating policy-violating issues to the global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:
* Fluent Spanish in oral and written communication, with a deep understanding of Mexican culture and social trends.
* Advanced level of English (at least B2 level).
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract.
* Fixed working schedule: 9am – 5:30pm or 6pm – 2am, Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
* No shift rotations.
* Free meal on-site, private healthcare, pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave.
Requirements:
* Fully confident in handling sensitive content.
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).
